This guide provides you with a list of allergens in foods offered at Arby’s restaurant. For ease of reference, we break out the menu in the same manner as the fast-food chain.
In addition, we include a list of the foods, beverages, and sauces that are gluten-free.

The following section is an abbreviated list of Arby’s menu items. It lists the food items made with one or more major food allergens.
The list indicates which allergen(s) (e.g., eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, etc.) are present in the food, and includes a column for Notes to highlight potential cross-contamination.

Slow Roasted Beef
The common allergens listed for slow-roasted beef sandwiches apply to all available sizes. For example, the major allergens in the Beef ‘n Cheddar is applicable to the Classic, Double, and Half-Pound Beef ‘n Cheddar sandwiches.

Burgers
While Arby’s roast beef sandwiches may be the most ordered items, the burgers are also highly popular.
There are multiple all-beef burgers available on the menu to satisfy your taste buds. Whether you choose a juicy burger with bacon, red onion, and a special sauce, or keep it simple without any toppings, a beef burger is served on a brioche bun made with enriched wheat flour, gluten, and soybean oil. The bun may also contain sesame.
All of the burgers are made with sliced American Cheese. The Big Cheesy Bacon Burger also includes Swiss Cheese. Cheese is made with milk and/or soy.
Both the Deluxe Burger and the Big Cheesy include a Burger Sauce made with egg and soybean oil.
A BBQ Bacon Burger is topped with Crispy Onions that are made with egg, milk, and wheat.

Arby’s Gluten Free Guide
Gluten Free Menu
Certain items may not be available at all Arby’s restaurant locations.
Food is prepared in a common kitchen and may be cooked in shared oil. Fast food restaurants cannot guarantee food safety because even foods made without gluten may contain or come into contact with allergens due to cross contamination.

What are Food Allergens?
Federal regulations have identified nine major food allergens: eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soybeans, tree nuts, and wheat.
Note that federal regulation exempts highly refined oil, even if derived from one of the major food allergen groups. Therefore, highly refined soybean oil is not considered a common allergen.
It’s important to note that certain foods may be prepared or cooked using shared equipment.
Fried foods, for example, are cooked in common oil. As such, foods made without a declared food allergen may come into contact with allergens through cross-contamination.
