Del Taco Carne Asada Steak Fries

Carne Asada Steak Fries are made with crinkle cut french fries, fresh grilled steak, grated cheddar cheese, a secret sauce, guacamole, and diced tomatoes.

The standard recipe does not include ingredients with wheat or gluten. However, ingredients do contain egg, milk, and soy.

Soybean oil is the first ingredient in Del Taco’s secret sauce.

Burritos and Tacos

Burritos and soft tacos are served in flour tortillas, which contain gluten.

The beer battered fish taco is served in a warm corn tortilla. Corn tortillas are made with corn masa flour. The white pollock fish, however, is battered in a mixture that contains over a dozen ingredients. One of those ingredients is wheat gluten.

The Del Taco

The Del Taco, which is made with seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, and fresh diced tomatoes. The popular beef taco is served in a crunchy corn shell.

Beef is often seasoned with salt, pepper, and other seasonings. Del Taco’s seasoning includes hydrolyzed corn gluten, wheat protein, oats, and isolated oat product.
