  1. The mcrib sandwich that is from McDonald’s probably is a coronary ready to happen. It is not a healthy food item and McDonald’s needs to indicate that people with certain conditions should avoid eating this item. I don’t know why they cant make a healthier Barbecue rib sandwich without trying to play games with everybody’s health.
