Trader Joe’s Frosted Flakes: 140 Calories

Package of Trader Joe's Frosted Flakes cereal with text '140 calories'.

A light, flakey cereal made with corn and a dusting of sugary sweetness, each serving of Frosted Flakes cereal from Trader Joe’s® contains 140 calories. A 15 ounce box has 12 servings (a total of 1,680 calories per box).

We tried this cereal at home and it was quite good, according to my young kids (age 9-11 years). It was the sugary coating that they enjoyed. Plus, they liked that the cereal remained mostly crunchy throughout breakfast. They ate it with whole milk.

I am not a huge fan of serving processed, packaged foods. That said, it’s not banned in our household. So at a minimum, I like to know what’s in the food we eat. Read this post for my complete overview of the calories, nutrition facts, and ingredients in Trader Joe’s Frosted Flakes.
